Refund Policy

At TheUrbanAuraShop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
